The Introduction of 1200mm-2000mm coil slitting machine:
The rolling plate is unfolded and leveled. Then, the steel plate is cut into the needed strips by using the rotary shear. After that, the strips are taken up with the coiling machine and the formed narrow coils are packed.
The Production Process:
Loading coil- uncoiling - leveling - cutting the head and end - rotary shear - trimming - accumulating - separating - tensioner - coiling machine
